Road Commissioner, David Winchell, Jr., has started to construct the new dam for Youngs’ Ridge Road and will soon install it, as well as a new culvert leading from the dam to the stream flowing to Horn Pond. The work will require a three hour closing and detour around the work site when the culvert in put into place.
Commissioner Winchell expects the work to be completed during the week of April 25 or May 2.
