Lake Association Invasive Aquatic Species Roundtable: Saturday, May 7,
9 am – 12 pm
Join members of the AWWA region’s lake associations to learn about what is happening in the effort to prevent or control invasive aquatic species on our lakes. Laurie Callahan from the York County Invasive Aquatic Species Project will join AWWA in coordinating the program at the Wakefield Opera House, Town Hall in Sanbornville. We’ll hear about efforts at the state levels and updates from our lake associations. Included with be a plant identification exercise to hone your patrolling skills.
