We are happy to report that this meeting will be held at the Acton Town Hall in the downstairs conference room. You may enter from the left side of the building directly into the room.
Wayne Sylvester will be our special guest speaker. Wayne is a member of the Three Ponds Protective Association which serves Northeast Pond, Town House Pond and Milton Pond. All are on the Maine/New Hampshire border just south of Acton and Milton Mills, on the Salmon Falls River. European Naiad was discovered by Dennis Roberge of Mousam Lake on a routine inspection. Since then a vigorous program has begun to control this plant. Come hear directly from Wayne, what TPPA is doing to attack this invasive.
