If you missed the paddle on the 15th and are available on the 22nd, we will meet at Jeanne’s dock at 9:30 and inspect the north end of the lake. We will identify the native plants we find and keep our eyes alert for any invasives.
Anyone is welcome to join us, even if you’ve never done a plant paddle and have no idea what is growing in our lake! The easiest viewing is from a kayak or canoe, though any boat will work.
As for the 15th, be sure to bring or apply sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and a Field Guide, Quick Key and I.D. cards if you have them.
