On May 26, 2013 three homes on Peacock Road were broken into and vandalized. Fortunately, the intruders were observed by the homeowners of one house who were arriving for the day. They were observed by a neighbor as they ran off and subsequently identified and apprehended by the York County and State Police. One home suffered from a great deal of damage, including a fire.
